1. General Use

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while placing orders or creating an account.

• Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

• All products listed on Guruvaa are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we may offer substitutes or cancel the order with a refund.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the one displayed at checkout.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through the available payment methods.

• Cash-on-Delivery (if offered) may be subject to additional charges.

• KGV Traders reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to all locations across India via our trusted logistics partners.

• Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 0–7 working days, depending on location.

• A delivery fee applies on all orders, irrespective of order value.

• Delays caused by courier issues, natural calamities, or other uncontrollable factors are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided they are not yet dispatched.

• Returns & Exchanges:

  • Accepted only in cases of wrong items, damaged goods, or spoiled/expired products.

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

• Non-returnable items: Fresh produce, opened/consumed items, and hygiene/personal care products.

6. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

• Refunds may be delayed depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider.

• Refunds are issued only if a replacement/exchange is not possible.
