3. Shipping Charges

  • A delivery fee is applicable on all orders, regardless of order value or location.

  • Additional handling charges may apply for bulky or heavy items.

4. Packaging & Safety

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days from the approval date.

  • Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Verified claims will be resolved via replacement or refund at the discretion of the company.

8. Delivery Restrictions

9. Force Majeure

Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Guruvaa (KGV Traders)

At Guruvaa, operated by KGV Traders, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality groceries and essentials. Since many of our products are perishable, returns and exchanges are allowed only under specific conditions, as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received wrong items (different from what was ordered).

  • Items were damaged during delivery.

  • Items are expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.) once delivered in good condition.

  • Opened or partially consumed items.

  • Products without original packaging/labels.

  • Personal care, hygiene, or household consumables.

3. Timeframe to Raise a Request

  • All return or exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.

4. Process for Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after verification.

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement/exchange is not possible.

6. Cancellation & Order Rejection

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

  • If you refuse to accept the delivery without valid reason (wrong/damaged/spoiled items), delivery charges will still apply.

  • KGV Traders reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges in cases where the product has been used, mishandled, or is not in its original condition.

  • Frequent or fraudulent return requests may result in account restrictions.
